- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 3FNC-B3-0403.is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-13. This RFP is issued under Full and Open Competition and is unrestricted. NAICS Codes 337215 & 337127 apply. Size Standard 500 employees. The requirement is: To manufacture and provide, Brand Name (SSI-Schafer) or equal Storage Equipment and Mezzanine as follows: 1. Mezzanine ? 9000mm length, 65000mm width, 2750mm height upper construction, with 1 staircase, width 1000mm. Load capacity of 500kg/qm. Color, grey RAL 7037. Stairs-galvanized. 2. Longspan racking on the mezzanine pallet racking system PR 350 2.1 ? One Single Unit Racking ? 5680mm length, 2500mm height, 1250mm depth. Length of beams between uprights is 1800mm. Each compartment equipped with 3 pairs of beams covered with steel panels. Height of beams 120mm, 1100mm, 2100mm. Lug pitch is 50.50mm. Load capacity of on pair beams is 150kg. Frame load bearing capacity max 450kg. Upright finish ? grey RAL 7037. Beams finish, blue RAL 5010. Steel panes, galvanized. 2.2 - One Single Unit Racking ? 7550mm length, 2500mm height, 1250mm depth. Length of beams between upright is 1800mm. Back completely protected with mesh back cladding frames with welded 50:50mm mesh. Supplied with fixings. All other specifics as No.2.1 3. Racking System PR 350, Location Hall 3.1 ? Beam height ? 120mm, 1000mm, 1700mm, and 2400mm. Lug pitch of beams is 50:50mm. Load capacity of one pair beams is 1800kg. Frame load bearing capacity max, 5500kg. Uprights finish ? grey RAL 7037. Beam finish ? blue RAL 5010. Steel panes galvanized. 3.3 - One Single Unit Racking ? 1940mm length, 2500mm height, 850mm depth. Beam length if 1800mm. Each compartment ? 4 pairs of beams covered with steel panels. Beam height-120mm, 1000mm, 1700mm, and 2400mm. Lug pitch of beams is 50:50mm. Load capacity of one pair beams is 1800kg. Frame load bearing capacity max 5500kg. Uprights finish- grey RAL7037. Beam finish- blue RAL 5010. Steel panes galvanized. 4. Racking System PR 350, Robots 4.1 ? Materials Cabinets with Wardrobe 5.1 ? Twenty-five materials Cabinets MSG 2509. Height 1950mm, length 950mm, depth 500mm. 1 fixed, painted full width shelf at top, 1 painted central divider, and 3 painted half width shelves on left. Height adjustable, wardrobe on the right with clothes rail and 3 hooks. Cabinets finish ? light grey RAL 7035. Product is to be delivered and installed in Ramstein, Germany. Delivery required within 6 weeks after award. Contractor must have a local English speaking representative and have office/plant facility located within 150km of Ramstein, Germany. On site project manager for installation oversight and follow up must be provided. The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to complete project. The contractor shall be responsible for protecting all government and personal property from damage during performance. The contractor shall clean up job site completely and remove all debris. The use of government dumpsters is not permitted. Product must be guaranteed to be available for 5 years after initial installation. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. PRICES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN US DOLLARS. Award will be based on best value evaluation using criteria in the following order of importance: Past performance, Technical Acceptablility and Price. Technical evaluation factors are more important than price. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without discussions. Offerors shall submit at least three references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar service or items. Provide POC telephone numbers. Provide Commercial price list. The price proposal must identify a firm fixed price for all products and services to be provided under this proposal. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3. FAR 52.212.4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition.
