Description: Helicopter support is required for IBC clearing crews in the Rocky Mountains. 75 flight hours will be guaranteed under this bid Solicitation, although additional hours at the bid per hour price may be required. The helicopter supplied under this bis solicitation shall be similar in performance capabilities to a Bell 206B, Jet Ranger III, or a Hughes 500D. Additional specifications are contained in the bid package. This project is scheduled to start May 17, 2004 and end September 30, 2004
