Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION, W914NS-04-Q-0153, FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE DELIVERY DATE FROM 60 DAYS ARO TO 90 DAYS ARO AND TO CLARIFY SOME OF THE SPECIFICATIONS TO CONTRACT LINE ITEM 0002. ALL THE OTHER INFORMATION IN THE ORIGINAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION REMAIN UNCHANGED. 1. The delivery date changes from 60 days ARO to 90 days ARO. 2. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0002, the Roll-On / Roll-Off option package for the Yard Tractors (CLIN 0001) is clarified as follows: • The yard tractor wheelbase may be 116 inches or 110 inches • A swiveling seat kit may be included 3. The quote due date is extended to 1700 hours (Baghdad time) 19 April 2004 ALL THE OTHER INFORMATION IN THE ORIGINAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION REMAIN UNCHANGED.
