Description

The contractor shall provide for the routine and reoccurring maintenance of the roads on the Tell City and Brownstown Ranger Districts of the Hoosier National Forest, Indiana, in Perry, Crawford, Orange, Lawrence, Monroe, Jackson, and Brown Counties. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies, and perform all work required in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. Work will include, but is not limited, to the following: blade, clean, reshape and rock roads and parking areas. The Technical Contact for this project is Russ Christensen at 812-547-9233. This solicitation will be advertised using the sealed bidding format for a firm fixed price, construction contract. Multiple awards may be made: contractors can bid on Tell City Ranger District area and/or Brownstown Ranger District area. This solicitation will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.eps.gov/, on approximately April 26, 2004. This project is estimated at between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation number: AG-56A1-S-04-3023. NAICS: 237310, Size Standard: $28.5M. Projected Start Date: approximately July 1, 2004.
