Description

Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation and all incidental items necessary to Construct Cover for Fire Truck, Bldg 1407, Aliamanu Mi litary Reservation (AMR), Oahu, HI. Contract period of performance shall be 60 calendar days. Work shall be prosecuted on a full-time basis. Modified two-step process also termed C3 (Customer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the p rocurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on April 19, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. (Hawaiian Standard Time) at Bldg 1407, AMR, HI. You are required to notify Mr. Kerry Luke no later than April 15, 2004 of your i nterest in attending the site visit by e-mail at LukeK@shafter.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail if you have not attended a previous industry forum briefing. You will need to be briefed on the C3 process prior to the site visit. Information on th e procurement as well as site visit information (instructions) will be provided upon receipt of your e-mail. No telephonic requests will be accepted.
