Description
The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to do bridge and trestle demolition at the Snoqualmie River Project, Snoqualmie Falls, Washington. The project consists of demolition of approach trestle and pilings, timber bridge pi ers, and steel truss bridge. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, ta ken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-24 23. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on the Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.n ws.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification of solicitation/amendment posting. The solicitation will be available for download on or about April 27 2004.
