Description

This is a modication to the original synopsis. The original synopsis was posted on April 5, 2004. The modification involves changing the sole source to Rockwell Automation or an authorized dealer per FAR 6.302. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, has a requirement for spare parts for a Samsung Crane. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. Additional sources will not be sought at this time. FOB destination: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO website. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS.Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
