- Description
- The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Kansas City, Missouri, intends to award contract for an awards ceremony to Trade Associates, LLC, for conference space at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center located in Washington, D.C. The awards ceremony will be conducted in support of the Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve and will be held on 21 Sep 04. The ceremony will require audiovisual support, space for 500 attendees and a meal for the attendees. The date is firm and no deviations from it will be considered. Numerous senior officers and civilian officials of the Department of Defense will be in attendance. Because of this, the venue will be subject to a security audit by one or more federal agencies prior to the event.
