Description
The Bureau of Prisons is seeking a Request for Quote from sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling, in Fargo (Grand Forks), North Dakota for drug abuse treatment services and for male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on March 1, 2005 with four (4) one year option periods, with service ending (if all option years are renewed) on February 28, 2010. The services required for this contract include: Base Period: March 1, 2005 to February 28, 2006. Estimated Number of Inmates 4. (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions per inmate) 48 Individual units x 4 inmates = 288 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions at 6 units per month x 12 months) 72 Group Units x 4 inmates = 288 total units.. Option Year One: March 1, 2006 to February 28, 2007. Estimated Number of Inmates 4. (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions per inmate) 48 Individual units x 4 inmates = 288 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions at 6 units per month x 12 months) 72 Group Units x 4 inmates = 288 total units. units, Option Year Two: March 1, 2007 to February 29, 2008. Estimated Number of inmates 4. (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions per inmate) 48 Individual units x 4 inmates = 288 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions at 6 units per month x 12 months) 72 Group Units x 4 inmates = 288 total units. Option Year Three: March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009. Estimated Number of Inmates 5. (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions per inmate) 48 Individual units x 5 inmates = 240 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions at 6 units per month x 12 months) 72 Group Units x 5 inmates = 360 total units. Option Year Four: March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010. Estimated Number of inmates 5.(1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions per inmate) 48 Individual units x 5 inmates = 240 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minute sessions at 6 units per month x 12 months) 72 Group Units x 5 inmates = 360 total units. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work, dated January 2004. The estimated closing date is o/a June 10, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this Agency. The RFQ will be posted o/a May 10, 2004.
