Description

Contractor shall provide a Nurse Practioner or Physicians Assistant, with prescriptive authority, to provide Medical Officer of the Day (MOD) Services during the off tour hours of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. at the VA Medical Center, St Cloud, Minnesota. Contract period will be from date of award for one year with 2- six month option periods. Issue date is 4/14/04. Proposal due date is 5/13/04 at 4:30 p.m. local time.No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. The NAICS code is 621399 with a size standard of $5.0 Million.
