Description

The U.S. Army HQ, Army Field Support Command (HQ, AFSC) is seeking interested sources for the proposed procurement of the Projectile 105MM HE PGU-44/B formerly the Projectile 105MM HE M1 (MOD). Current basic projected quantity is 26,677 each. Manufac ture shall be in accordance with Technical Data Package List (TDPL) 9926071. The PGU-44/B will be procured as a modified system contract with the M1 HE Projectile, PA 71/A Fiber Container, Wirebound Box and M67 Propelling Charge being supplied as Governmen t Furnished Material (GFM). For this procurement the Government will be utilizing a Best Value approach with evaluations in areas including, but not limited to Technical/Management Capability, Past Performance and Small Business Utilization/Past Performanc e. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute an RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not otherwise pay for information solicited. The information you provide will only be utilized by AFSC in developing its' acquisition approach for future requirements. The TDPL for this item is coded as Distribution X. A copy of the TDP is available upon request from the contract specialist listed hereafter. To receive a copy of the tech data, you must first be certified with the US/Canada Joint Certification Program. Please provide a copy of this certification (DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) or certification number with your request. The TDP will be sent o n CD ROM via US mail, unless the requester provides a Federal Express account number and authorization to send the TDP via that method. Interested parties should submit a notification of interest along with information concerning their capability to produc e this item within 10 days of the date of this posting.
