Description
This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PHCB-198 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811219. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona intends to enter into a definite delivery/definite quantity contract for electronic testing equipment, specifications: High Voltage Test System Requirements: Minimum Measurement Specifications Requirements: AC Hipot: 2500VAC, 35mA DC Hipot: 1500VDC, 5mA Insulation Resistance: 1 to 10 Gohm Continuity Resistance: 0.1 Ohm to 1 Gohm Kelvin (4 wire): .01 to 400 Kohm Leakage: 1nA to 5mA Capacitance: 100pF to 1000uF Inductance: 100uH to 100mH Voltage Measurement: 2 to 500VDC Dwell: .001 to 600 Sec. Test Points: 105 Minimum Computer System Specifications Requirements: Pentium Processor--100MHz or better 16 Meg Ram Windows Operating System a. Windows 95 b. Windows 98 c. Windows ME d. Windows 2000 e. Windows NT f. Windows XP ISA I/O Slot ISA Slot required capable of handling a doublewide interface card. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Each proposal package shall consist of the following completed and signed documents: SF1449, any amendments issued, most current representations and certifications for commercial items, and an ACH form if your company has not done business with Unicor within the past year. A completed ACH form must be on file prior to contract award. ALL contractors MUST be registered on the Central Contractor Registration. FPI 1000H2 WARRANTY Supplement: LCL APPR The Contractor represents that the following warranty applies to products licensed under this contract/order/BPA: The Contractor warrants that the products provided under this contract/order/BPA shall be able to accurately process date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000 and leap year calculations.
