Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AG85A, Tinker, AFB 73145-3009, (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. A Class Justification & Approval has been approved that allows the Government to negotiate sole-source using an existing basic ordering agreement (BOA) with United Technologies Corp Pratt & Whitney, 400 Main Street Mail Stop 182-14, East Hartford CT 06108, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, as Pratt & Whitney is the only approved source. Due to the planned sole-source action under an existing BOA, the Government doesn?t plan to create and issue a solicitation. However, if a potential offeror requests a copy of a solicitation, the Government will create and provide one (in this instance, the Government will create and issue a request for proposal (RFP) and post it to FEDBIZOPPS on approximately 28 Apr 04 ? the RFP Number will be FA8104-04-R-0224). To obtain required technical data, potential offerors must use TEDS at https://www.fedteds.gov/. All proposals must be received no later than the closing date and time specified in the RFP (the date is expected to be 02 June 2004, but see the RFP for the final date and time). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. The award date is estimated to be on or about 11 June 2004. See Government-Wide Numbered Notes 22, 23 and 26.
