Description

Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors capable of providing Vision XXI software After Action Report (AAR) support for Army Constructive Training Federation (ACTF)V.1 and development of Vision XXI in support of ACTF V.2. Contractor must be able to provide the licenses required for the Vision XXI software which was developed by Tapestry Solutions,Inc. Specific requirements include Vision XXI support for CBS Verson 1.8.0 and Version 1.8.1; updat e and maintain Vision XXI to support ACTF V.1; update Personal Computer Master Interface (PCMI) for Vision XXI for operation with CBS Version 1.8.1; provide one week of testing of completed products at government selected site; provide the government with Run-Time licensing for Vision XXI for ACTF V.l and unlimited duration Run-Time licenses for release to US Army Battle Simulation Centers; help desk service will be provided during normal contractor business hours and beyond normal business hours if require d for exercise support; maintenance of software updates shall be provided; provide support for CBS 1.8.x and JCATS 5.x that support ACTF V.1. If no responsive/responsible replies are received, an order will be negotiated under Tapestry Solutions GSA contr act for these services. All responses will be considered and must include proof of ability to provide Vision XXI licenses and past performance information and references for Vision XXI services provided. Also provide GSA schedule contract number and labo r categories and rates for this service. Responses shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. All contractors must be registered in the Cent ral Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr. All responses must be received NLT 12:00 PM CDT, 21 Apr 04.
