Description

The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Expand Chapel Sanctuary, Building 2125, Fort Stewart, GA. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and perform all operations required in conne ction with ??????Expand Chapel Sanctuary, Building 2125, Fort Stewart, Georgia,?????? complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following Items: (1) Demolish selected walls , ceilings, doors and flooring; (2) Provide and install aluminum storefront doors and glazing; (3) Provide and install door hardware; (4) Provide and install resilient flooring and carpet; (5) Provide and install metal stud and gypsum board walls; (6) Prov ide and install paint systems for walls, ceiling, and doors; (7) Provide and install ductwork extension, return grilles and supply registers; and (8) Provide and install electrical systems and lighting. SIC Code is 1542, NAICS Code is 236220 and the Size S tandard is $28,500,000.00. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Project is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal that will be considered. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The anticipated issue date for this so licitation is 30 April 2004.
