Description

Offerors should access solicitation Amendments 0004, issued Apr 7, 2004, and 0005, issued Apr 15, 2004. They contain the industry questions and Government responses. Amendment 0005 also makes DFARS 215.305 provision for Past Performance submission a nd evaluation of certain socio-economic subcontracting plan goals attainment in previous contracts. Proposal delivery to Redstone Arsenal - Make sure that if a commercial carrier is delivering your proposal to Building 5303, the driver has instructions/permission to leave the package with the receptionist if the POC is unavailable by telephone. Without these instructions, some carriers have a policy of delivering packages to a bulk repository from which the Contracting Officer may wait delivery for several days.
