****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Darlene Thomas, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-LS-C, FAX: 256-955-8601; NSN: 1680-01-118-5607; P/N: 145CS100-5; PRON: AX4C0056AX; NOUN: Actuator Assembly, E; Q uantity: 30 each minimum/150 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Chinook, with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 30 each 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 30 Each 190 DACA. This item is restricted to the approved businesses The Boeing Co., CAGE Code: 77272 and S miths Aerospace, Inc., CAGE Code: 05624 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available fo r this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for so licitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 240 1-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
