Description

This requirement is only for FSS holders under GSA Schedule 621-I. Naval Hospital Lemoore, CA and is branch clinics currently has requirements for Mammographer, Podiatrist, Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Physician (Cardiologist), Medical Assistant, Utilization Review Registered Nurses services under SINs 621-050D, 621-019, 621-047, 621-035, 621-007A, 621-050A, 621-039, and 621-025M. Copies of the proposal requests can be downloaded from http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/fss.asp or can be requested by email at smovercash@nmlc.med.navy.mil. Email requests need to specify reference number for specific healthcare worker type. No offers will be accepted from offerors who do not hold a current FSS under GSA Schedule 621-I.
