Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of: DESCRIPTION for Item 0001: Qty 1 each ? PUMP 2500 Series Double-Acting Meter, Mix and Dispense System equipped to handle the PRC-Desoto #PR 944F adhesive includes; Metering Assembly, 2-piston, positive displacement, double-acting, fixed ratio in-line metering equipped with bleed vales, 4-way flow directional valves (.500? ported resin, 3 12 hardener), fluid hoses and proper pneumatic logic. No-Purge Dispense/Mixer Assembly; Fluid hoses from the metering air operated material control valves, mixer manifold, disposable static mixer (20spare mixers) and mixer shroud with ?? NPTM outlet. Resin Feed Assembly; 34:1 ratio 55-gallon drum extrusion pump mounted on an elevator/ram assembly with a follower plate and feed line to the metering. Hardener Feed Assembly; 34:1 ratio 5-gallon pail extrusion pump mounted on an elevator/ ram assembly with a follower plate and feed line to the metering. Entire metering and feed assemblies mounted on a cart with heavy-duty tube steel for lifting with a forklift, with complete set of Instructions and drawings. No-Purge Dispense/Mixer Assembly, Fluid hoses from the metering, air operated material control valves, mixer manifold, disposable static mixer (20 spare mixers) and mixer shroud with ?? NPTM outlet. Resin Feed Assembly; 34:1 ratio 55- gallon drum extrusion pump mounted on an elevat or/ram assembly with a follower plate and feed line to the metering. Hardener Feed Assembly; Same as the Resin Feed Assembly. Entire metering and feed assemblies mounted on a cart with heavy-duty tube steel for lifting with a forklift, with complete set of Instructions and drawings. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; and a written quotation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-04-Q-0621. The standard NAICS classification is 333911. The FAR is current through FAC 2001-18 with changes effective January 12, 2003 (except for Case 2000-608). This document also contains changes from FAC 2001-19 effective January 1, 2004. Please note that FAC 2001-19 also c ontains changes that are effective June 8, 2004 and are not currently a part of this document. The DFARS is current as of January 13, 2004 and inclusive of DCN20040113 (case 2001-D013) effective January 13, 2004 and DCN20040101(case 2003-D081) effective January 1, 2004. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with quotations. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (including 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-25, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37 and 52.225-3), and 252.212-7001. (Note: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number).
