- Description
- The VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 seeks full and open competition for the award of a single or multiple award contract for the delivery of Radiation Therapy services to eligible veterans for a base period from the date of Notice to Proceed to 9/30/04. This contract includes two (2) one (1) year renewal options which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed approximately thirty (30) months. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation, pending the availability of funds. The contract award will occur in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2004. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost/price and technical standpoint, as contact award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. Contractor shall provide services within any one or all of the following seven county catchment area: Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County, Okeechobee County, Hendry County and Glades County). This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. Request for Proposal (RFP) 548-04-170 is advertised as full and open competition with NAICS: 622110 and a size standard of $29 million. The solicitation will issue on or about January 30, 2004. The closing date for submission of proposals will be on or about March 4, 2004 at 2:00 PM local time. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to 561-882-6507 not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
