Description

This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, H92244-04-Q-0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate CLIN 0002 as follows: Super Speed Master IIIA Stern Drive, Right Hand 1.62.1 Gear Ration, P/N 5-5725V00HH; Quantity: 8 each; Manufacturer: Mercury Marine. DELIVERY LOCATION IS VIRGINIA BEACH, VA AND DELIVERY RDD IS 30 DAYS AFTER DATE OF CONTRACT AWARD. The solicitation amendment document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This procurement is restricted to small business set-aside. All responsese from responsible sources will be fully considered. NAICS Code is 713930 size standards 500 employees or under. Solicitation Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Oct 2003) is hereby incorporated by reference. Contractors are reminded to submit a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their quote, if readily available. If not, the clause will be forwarded for completion prior to award (Oct 2003). Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Oct 2003) is hereby incorporated by reference.
