Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to provide freeze protection on water front sewer and water piping. All work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Shore Side Detachment Sewickley, Pennsylvania. The performance period is ninety (90) calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP). The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is May 21, 2004. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110, with a size standard of $28.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted.
