This Project is TOTALLY Set Aside for the ?Jobs-In-The-Woods? program within the following counties: Washington: Okanogan, Douglas, Chelan, Kititas, Yakima, Klickitat, Skamania, Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Pacific, Lewis, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Jefferson, Clallam, Kitsap, Island, San Juan, King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom; Oregon: Wasco, Jefferson, Deschutes, Lake, Klamath, Jackson, Josephine, Curry, Coos, Douglas, Lane, Linn, Benton, Lincoln, Marion, Yamhill, Polk, Clackamas, Multnomah, Hood River, Tillamook, Washington, Columbia, and Clatsop; California: Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, Lake, Trinity, Humboldt, Del Norte, and Mendocin. THERE WILL NOT BE A PREBID MEETING. SOLICITATION NUMBER IS CORRECTED TO READ RFP-R6-18-04-927J. ISSUE DATE IN FEDBIZOPPS is APRIL 19, 2004. Project consists of demolition of existing trail bridges, disposal of demolished bridges, and construction of new pressure treated wood trail bridges. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to construct thirteen new glulam trail bridges supported on pressure treated timber sills and abutments. The trail bridge spans range from fifteen to thirty five feet. Project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District, Willamette National Forest, Lane County. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2004. Contract performance time is 150 calendar days. For additional information contact Dave Nordenson at (541) 225-6358.
