Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete grave liners at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, 6980 Danville Road, Nicholasville, KY 45306. Contract covers base period (date of contract award) through September 30, 2004, with up to three 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2007. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. Michelle Cruz, Purchasing Agent, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to _U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs._ Please reference Solicitation Number IFB 786-157-04 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about April 30, 2004. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA_s Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about April 30, 2004: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-157-04. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note 1.
