Description

Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Specialty Care Optimization services at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler AFB, MS. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base year with four (4) option years. This procurement is set-aside on a competitive nationwide basis pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act; therefore, open to all 8(a) certified firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561330 with a small business size standard of $11,500,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Trade Off (PPT) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 05 Apr 04 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. Any prospective certified 8(a) contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
