- Description
- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE, to procure an IDIQ for repairs and construction of airfield pavements at Tyndall AFB, FL. The performance area is Tyndall AFB. This contract is to be awarded for one (1) basic year and four (4) option years. The magnitude of the Basic Performance Period and each Option Period combined is more than $1,000,000 and less than $5,000,000. The proposed duration of the contract will include basic contract period of 365 calendar days and four one year options. The anticipated minimum guaranteed amount of proposed contract is estimated to be $5,000.00 for the life of the contract. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on April 30, 2004. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
