The staring format, small pixel (20 micron2) FPA must be a non-developmental item. Vendors must have a broad experience in the field of Focal Plane Arrays, as well as adequate fabrication and test facilities to warrant pre-production testing and limited procurement of staring format, small pixel (20 micron2) . The following elements are required for consideration in the staring format, small pixel (20 micron2) market survey: 1) Demonstrate requirements of staring format, small pixel (20 micron2), 2) the acquisition must be a non-developmental effort and units must be available upon a signed contractual agreement. For consideration, all respondents must individually address each of the above elements. Data to include prior testing of the staring format, small pixel (20 micron2) must be furnished to support responsiveness to the non-developmental effort. The Government will provide for pre-production testing and resultant acquisition of the st aring format, small pixel (20 micron2) FPA units. Responses must be received by COB 25 April 2004 and should be addressed to Dept of the Army, Night Vision & Electronic Sensors Directorate, AMSEL-RD-NV-LW-CCFS, Attn: Neil Supola, 10221 Burbeck Road, Suite 430, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5806, fax (703) 704-1823.
