Contractual Questions should be directed to Roderick Hill at 912-652-5301 or roderick.a.hill@sas02.usace.army.mil; Technical Questions should be directed to Craig Harrell at 912-652-5150 or craig.l.harrell@sas02.usace.army.mil. Modification to Contr act DACA21-03-C-0036, for additional concrete paving and runway striping to the area immediately adjacent to Blue Ramp located at Pope Air Force Base, North Carolina. This contract action is for construction for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or to submit proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after the date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the Notice of Intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice because the Synopsis of Intent shall not be considered a solicitation document.
