Description

Work consists of providing all material, labor and equipment for repairs, modifications and installation for all civil, mechanical, structural and electrical improvements necessary to execute the repair of the Proof Load Test Facility in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The facility is located at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 18 February 2004. Request for Proposal will close on or about 18 March 2004. Performance period is 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for small and large business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
