Description

The Bureau of Reclamation requires that rock surfaces be color treated to aesthetically mitigate the contract between undisturbed naturally colored rocks and those exposed during construction activity. The work to be performed consists of cleaning rock surfaces, furnishing and applying the coloring material. Appriximately 3000,000 square feet of rock surface require this color treatment. The coloring material must be environmentally safe and produce stable colors with a projected life of at least 50 years. Any contractor capable of furnishing such services shall provide product literature and resume information demonstrating history of successful completion of similar projects. Interested parties shall contact Gerri Voto at 406-247-7809 no later than May 7, 2004.
