- Description
- This is a modification to the sources sought synopsis 9-BH13-64-02-76P entitled "Extravehicular Activity (EVA)Systems Contract which was posted on September 5, 2002. You are notified that the following changes are made: Paragraph 2 of the Description is modified to read: "The EVA Systems procurement has recently been disengaged from the ISS Integration and Control Strategy. The proposed ISS Integration and Control Strategy clause, entitled ISS CONTRACT STRATEGY CONFLICT OF INTEREST AGREEMENT does not prohibit a contractor from being a prime contractor for contract “A” and/or “B” if that contractor was proposing to be a prime contractor under the EVA Systems Contract." Paragraph 7 of the Description is modified to read: "NASA is seeking capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, small disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for this requirement." The due date of October 4, 2002 for receipt of responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-SEP-2002).
