- This is a pre-solicitation notice advising potential offers that Government intends to issue a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction contract during the week of 19 April2004 with a one year base period and four additional one year options. The guaranteed minimum amount of the potential contract per year is $100,000.00, which will be satisfied by issuing one or more delivery orders during each year of the contract. The maximum estimated value is $10,000,000.00 over the life of the contract; $2,000,000.00 for the base and $2,000,000.00 for each of the following four option years. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone small business set-aside. The site visit is currently schedule on 5 May 2004, and all interested parties are required to attend the site visit.
