- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 05/06/04, with the Response date on or around 06/09/04. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: IQC04092009028. NSN: 5945-00-591-1501. Nomenclature: Relay, Motor Driven. Approved source: JANCO CORP (91812) P/N 1253, POLLAK JOSEPH CORP (77326) P/N FS48, LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP (98897) P/N 695157. DC OPERATING VOLTAGE RATING IN VOLTS 28.0 NOMINAL. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with four 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 5 year estimated quantity is 540 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26 Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency.
