Description

THIS EXTENDS THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO APRIL 23, 2004. All Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Information on the registration process can be found on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. You may call 1-888-222-2423 for help. Project is for remodeling of the reception area to add on a lobby space and improve the area for ADA, HVAC and security enhancements. Work includes site work, concrete, field quality control testing, metal fabrications, carpentry, roofing, doors & windows, finishes, casework, mechanical and electrical. An alternate item may include replacing carpet in the remainder of the buliding. Estimated start work date is 5/1/04 with 100 calendar days contract time. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. An alternate payment protection (payment bond) will be required after award. This project is being advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules.
