Description

Comments are requested on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an OMB Circular A-76 Study of Soil Conservation Technicians currently performed by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). This is a DRAFT PWS and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a Formal RFP, RFQ, or contract. The DRAFT PWS is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov. This synopsis is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. This DRAFT PWS is open for comment until 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time, May 7, 2004. All comments must be submitted on the attached comment form and the General Information Section completed in its entirety and sent only by email as an attachment to albert.bartek@mw.nrcs,usda,gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is also the responsibility of the respondent to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation, synopsis, or related documents.
