Description: A-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Research (ORA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Remote Sensing Solutions Inc. Barnstable,MA to provide Modification to the Storm Analyzer data processing visualization system for the ocean vector wind calibration and validation experiment planned for the 2004 Hurricane Season. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 164
