Description

The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida, is seeking to award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide labor, tools, material, and supervision necessary for Project 673-03-702, Repair and Alterations of Existing Elevators, in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. RFP will be issued on or about 19 May 2004. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Proposals will be accepted until close of business, 22 June 2004. NAICS code for this procurement is 238290, with a small business size standard of $12 million. Performance period shall be 280 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 15.101 (Best Value Continuum). Technical evaluation factors are significantly more important than price. Performance and Payment Bonds with a penal sum of 100% of the contract amount are required. Requests for solicitation packages will be accepted by either email or US mail only.
