Description

Contractor shall provide VA Northern California Healthcare beneficiaries with a full range of Radiology Services as descrived herein on an as-needed basis at 351 Hartnel Avenue, Redding, CA 96002. The contract wil be for a base year and four one-yar options. This is a commercial procurement. The following clauses and provisions plus any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Item, 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, 52.213-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - COmmercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statues and Executive Orders - Comercial Items. NAICS 621512. The solicitation can be downloaded o/a 3/19/2004 at http://www/va/gov/oa&m/busopp/sols.htm.No telephone calls or e-mail requst will be accepted for solicitation documents. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and admendments for the webstie listed above without further notification from the VA.
