Description
This is just an announcement. A request for quotation will follow on June 4th, 2004. Contractor to furnish: Utility or General purpose grade All-Terrain Vehicles Engine: Four Stroke; Displacement 400 - 500cc Transmission: - Fully Automatic; or Electric Shifting Note: units using a shift pedal and manual or automatic clutch are not acceptable - Limited Slip or Locking Differentials - Low range sub-transmission (split axle) equivalent Seat Height: NTE 33 inches Drive System: Selectable 2 or 4 wheel drive; shaft driven Independent Front Suspension Overall Width: NTE 48 inches (must be able to fit into a standard pickup truck) Cargo Racks: Front and Rear; construction material must be steel Starter: electric with recoil backup Speedometer: Digital or Analog Head lights/Tail lights Accessory DC Power Outlet Trailer Hitch with Tow Capacity not less than 1,000 lbs Full skid plate Floor Board type foot rest Installed Winch (@ 2500 lbs or greater) The final unit price shall include all the above specifications along with all applicable delivery charges. Location: These items are to be delivered to the Albuquerque Field Office. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is not a small business set-aside. A performance period of 45 calendar days has been established, with actual damages assessed for a delayed delivery. With an estimated start date on or about June 7, 2004.
