Description

The work of this contract consists of the renovation of the existing 7,000 square feet visitor center along with a new 4,000 square foot addition to the existing facility for the National Park Service. The work includes all materials, labor, tools, equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required within this project. The work includes parking lots, site grading for the building and front walk way, complete building structure along with all related interior walls/finishes, doors/frames, floors/covering along with mechanical and electrical work required within the Contract Documents location/size. Award of this contract will be in accordance with the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act., NAIS:236220, P&S: Y119. This solicitaiton will be available ONLY at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE MAILED. Cost Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000.000. Bid package will be available O/A April 29, 2004 and will close O/A June 3, 2004 at 3:00 PM MT unless extensions are issued in an amendment. A Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit, has been scheduled for all interested parties at Badlands National Park headquarters on May 13, 2004 at 11:00 AM MT.
