Description
Title: U.S. Government Seeks Lease Space in San Antonio, TX. Project No. 3TX0351 Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space in the range of approximately 32,594 Net Rentable Square Feet, which will produce approximately 28,509 Usable Square Feet, for the US Courts. 110 open surface parking spaces are required, as well as parking for ADA & visitors. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous to the Government, including infrastructure cost of moving, alterations, etc. The estimated cost is $ 225,224.54.00. No build-to-suits or sub-leases. Unique Requirements: 1. US Courts must have ready access to the subject space 24 hours, 7 days a week. The subject building must provide the well-maintained appearance, dignified and consonance with a professional image. 2. Space must be contiguous, not separated by a public corridor, and have telecommunication T-1 capability at 1.544 mbps. 3. The parking is to be open surface parking and at NO additional cost to the Government. The parking area is to provide a reasonable level of security to prevent crime to persons and Government property. Lease is to be fully serviced including janitorial service & utilities. This E-posting is pursuant to Executive Order 13006, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. Area of Consideration: The subject space is required in or within the following delineated area; North-Hwy 1604 , South-Babcock, East-Blanco, West-Fredericksburg Term: The lease term is: 5 years firm with 90 termination rights by Government?s / GSA's election.
