Description

PR No: LTC04096019899. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Support, Actuator. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM for this NSN is General Electric Co., (CAGE: 99207) p/n 3039T28P01, rev ?B? DTD 1/5/94. Acceptable sources of supply: Alamo Aircraft (Cage: 55345) and Mack Plastics (Cage: 60402). The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 2840-01-130-2755, Base Year AEQ: 17,344 each, Option Year AEQ: 17,344 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 4,336 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Delivery: FOB/Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, 48 days ARO. Surge Requirements do exist for this NSN. Please submit your surge plan along with your proposal. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Procurement is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 13, 2004.
