- Defense Supply Center Richmond has an immediate requirement for 712 each of NSN 3120-00-854-4130, Bearing, Sleeve, Half-Set, P/N 16603841. Configuration control applies. Item will be used in a mercury free environment. This is a sole-source item, other than full and open competition; FOB and inspection/acceptance are destination,135 days delivery. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Alternate offerors must submit a full technical data package for review, a process that may take as long as six months. Anticipated solicition issue date is May 26, 2004
