- Description
- The Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia is contracting for the survey in specific forest locations for the presence of plants on the Forest's Non-Native Invasive Species (NNIS) list. The areas are scattered throughout the Forest and are identified in 3 separate Bid Items. Access to the sites ranges from highway to hiking trails. The project will be completed by the September 30, 2004 with work starting upon award of the contract. Proposals will be submitted on the basis of Knowledge/Experience, Past Performance, and References with award being made on the basis of Best Value to the government. The solicitation will be available for downloading approximately May 4, 2004.
