Description

The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) has a requirement for food services for the Metallic Multilayers Symposium (MML), to be held June 7-11, 2004 at NIST, Boulder, CO for 350 participants. The services will include a reception and a banquet dinner. It is the intent of the Government to award this procurement on a sole source basis under authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) with the Omni Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado. This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (NTE $100K). This synopsis is issued for information only. No competitive solicitation is planned. No award will be made on the basis of requests in response to this notice.
