- Description
- This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies. Award will be based on best value to the Government, taking into consideration price and price related factors.
