Description

Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Exterior Concrete Repairs on an estimated ten (10) buildings in the o ld United States Army Disciplinary Barracks (USDB) Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The work involves repairs to spalled concrete approximately 750 cubic feet (CF) and repairs to cracks in the concrete approximately 2,000 linear feet (LF). The complete requiremen ts are included in the Statement of Work (SOW) issued with the solicitation notice. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract. The size standard for a small business concern, in cluding its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $11.5 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238110 and the Standard Industrial Classif ication (SIC) is 1771. The IFB is to be issued on or about 7 May 04.
