Required del ivery with First Article Testing is 10 each 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 200 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Article II Clause is 10 each 250 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Cage Code: 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or ot herwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
