Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 4 is seeking eligible contractors that are interested in participating in a competitive process resulting in the award of at least three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and no more than nine. The contract term will consist of one base year and four option years. The contracts will cover each of the following states in the southeast region: Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. The contracts will be divided into three groups, to be determined later. Contractors will be able to identify which of the above states they are willing to work in. Contractors must be able to perform work at National Wildlife Refuges located in some remote areas. Eligibility for contract award means that contractors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and the Dunn and Bradstreet website at www.dnb.com. Contractors shall have a bonding capacity in excess of one million dollars for single projects and three million dollars aggregate. Contractors shall not appear on the government debarred list. Contractors who are awarded an IDIQ contract will be expected to compete against each other in their designated group. Example: Florida, Georgia and Alabama are considered Group 1. Three contractors will be selected for an IDIQ contract in Group 1. A project becomes available in Georgia so each of the three contractors in Group 1 must compete in order to receive the award of a delivery order. Delivery orders will be awarded to a single contractor based on best value. Interested contractors can send in company information via fax at (404) 679-4057 or mail it to: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attn: Victor Bowman, 1875 Century Boulevard, Suite 310, Atlanta, Georgia 30345. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
