Description

Provide laundry rental and services to the Mingo Job Corps Center, Puxico, MO. Complete pick-up of soiled laundry items and delivery of clean items is required one day per week. The period of performance is a base period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 with option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 812331, Linen supply services, with a size standard of $12,000,000. All offerors MUST BE IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR). The Request for Quotes package is expected to be available on or about April 26, 2004, with quotes due on or about May 11, 2004. Request for Quotes package may be ordered by electronic mail to fwscgsoffice@fws.gov, by facsimile to 612-713-5151, or in writing. No telephone requests can be accepted.
